Volcano Paradise Ranch
Jewel
Jewel was purchased from Los Angles, Calif with her
son Black Jack. She is a 6yr old perch/paint-x. The
pictures on the right were the photos in the sale ad,
the pictures below were taken on her arrival. Jewel
is a sweet horse but not what she was shown to be.
She arrived well underweight with feet so long, her
tail a stub and her mane pulled to english length,
very sad. She has been trimmed, shod, ground
worked, saddled and even has her first few rides.
Jewel is supposed to be 15.1h, I think she is more
like 14.3h, will have to tape her to be sure. This
really is a pretty little mare but we will be breeding
for a bigger horse so we have decided not to keep
her.
